Shipping and returns


We work with the heart thinking of our comunity.

It is for this reason that today more than ever, where uncertainty,silence and fear seem to be everywhere. That we want to convey our ilusion, hope and beauty, working harder and bringing home a bit of our soul. We send you these pieces of beauty without any shipping cost.



All our pieces are hand made in our workshops of artisan jewelers in Girona and Barcelona. It is for this reason that they have a slower production process.

Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer. If for any reason (lack of stock...) this is not possible, its production time is 10 days plus shipping time, in this case you’ll receive an informative email. Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday 11am-7pm, not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification. 

We ship with Correos Express in national delivery and UPS international delivery.

Please notice that we can't ship to postbox addresses.

Any change of address once the order is issued, or any request for delivery to a different address will be charged as a new shipment.

If a package is returned to Spain because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements.

To avoid incidents it is important to indicate correctly address, schedules and a contact telephone number. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to agree a schedule that best suits your availability.

The jewels must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and send them in their original packaging.

The procedure is as follows: send us an email indicating the reason for the return. You will then receive a return confirmation by mail.

The return must be made with the same transport company with which the product was received. Sending costs are purchaser responsibility.

Exchange policy
Returned parts that denote use or are not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer.

Once the jewels have been received and their condition checked, the return will be accepted with a maximum of 3 working days from the delivery date in our workshop.

We promise to make the refund in a maximum time of 30 days from the reception of the jewel.

The refund will be made in the bank account with which the purchase was made.

Custom made products on request cannot be returned.
